尊敬的乒乓球爱好者们：
近期，我校乒乓球协会将举办一场精彩的比赛，欢迎广大乒乓球爱好者参与。
比赛时间：2021年7月10日，周六下午2点开赛。
比赛地点：学校体育馆乒乓球场。
比赛内容：男女个人单打、男女个人双打、男女团体对抗赛。
参赛费用：个人单打10元/人，个人双打20元/组，团体对抗赛50元/队。
比赛奖品：凭参赛证书可获得乒乓球比赛纪念品，个人单打、个人双打、团体对抗赛排名前三名均有奖品，详情请关注比赛现场公告。
参赛要求：本次比赛面向校内外乒乓球爱好者，年龄不限，但必须穿着运动服装参赛，保证比赛过程中的秩序和安全。参赛选手需自备乒乓球拍和乒乓球。
报名方式：请有意参赛的乒乓球爱好者在7月8日前到学校体育馆进行线下报名，或者发送姓名、联系方式、比赛项目、比赛单位信息到学校乒乓球协会官方邮箱（xxpingpang@xxx.com）进行线上报名。

Dear all,
We are pleased to inform you that our annual ping pong tournament is coming up on the weekend of August 21st. We hope that you can join us for some fun and competitive games.
The tournament will be held at the Community Center from 9 AM to 5 PM. There will be singles and doubles matches for all levels of play. The registration fee is $10 per person and all participants will receive a Ping-Pong ball.
To register for the tournament, please complete the attached registration form and email it to us at pingpong@communitycenter.com by August 15th. Payment can be made on the day of the tournament.

Ping Pong Competition Notice
Dear all students and teachers,
We are pleased to announce that there will be a ping pong competition held in our school gymnasium on Saturday, June 5th, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This event is organized by the school’s sports committee in order to promote sportsmanship and healthy competition among students.
The competition is open to all students from grade five to grade twelve. Participants may compete as individuals or as teams of two. Each match will be a best-of-five games, with the winner moving on to the next round. The final match will be played as a best-of-seven games. Prizes will be awarded to the top three players and the top three teams.
To register for the competition, interested students should fill out a registration form and return it to the sports committee before May 28th. There is no registration fee. Students who do not have their own ping pong paddles may borrow one from the gymnasium.
We look forward to seeing all of our talented ping pong players showcase their skills and sportsmanship. Let’s have some fun and enjoy the competition.

为了丰富社区居民的文体生活，加强业主之间的交流互动， 我们计划在本月底举办一场乒乓球比赛。现将比赛通知如下：
一、报名时间：本通知发布后至本月底止。
二、赛事时间：具体比赛时间将视报名人数而定，届时会另行通知。
三、报名方式：有意参加比赛的居民请在本期业主大会留下您的姓名与联系方式，或者直接致电物业服务部。
四、比赛方式：比赛采取双打制，其中男女混合组与男子组各设一名裁判，女子组不设裁判，采用自愿纠纷处理的方式。
五、准备工作：比赛期间，请各位参赛选手提前做好身体准备，穿着运动服装上场，同时为保证比赛的公正性，请勿携带任何私人装备进入赛场。
